Review
Against the Gods is a wuxia novel that is centered around a reincarnated character who lives his second life in a different world. He starts out extremely weak, crippled even only to build himself up to his current state. Yun Che is extremely smart and quick witted which is shown throughout the novel where his “glib mouth” gets him into trouble and dominates all others. This story is a harem, so in his adventures he comes across many women to conquer and make them his wives. The story is interesting throughout and the comebacks are extremely clever. The characters are pretty fluid and the novel is good for what it is. While it is not the best novel, it’s one of the best within its genre thus far.
